As an artist who is in constant search of tidy subjects, I found myself contemplating the word, “signs.” Whereas the answers to “what’s your sign” and “how many miles to the next exit” may give us our horoscopes and ETAs, it’s the recognition of the smallest, seemingly insignificant signs that tell us where to go…in life.
