SurfboardSKINZ adds new TRUNKS ART surfboard skins to an already beefy line up!

Camarillo, CA — March 25, 2011 — Chuck Trunks' Precision Abstracts is featured in Playagraphic's SurfboardSKINZ website:

Besides working with a company that produces a unique, high quality product, I like knowing that my art is going out into the waves; ironically, it's the waves that inspire much of my work. An excerpt from their website:

"SurfboardSKINZ are digitally printed & laminated vinyl applied to a surfboard. They are easy to apply and they completely change the look of your board."

Advantages to having a skin...

* Great for promotional purposes.
* Protects your board from sun damage.
* Give an older board a new look.
* Easily noticeable from the beach.
* Change sponsors without waiting for a new board.
* Change your design as often as you want.

We use the best vinyl you can buy for a quick and easy install.
The vinyl features adhesive that has air channels for a bubble free install.

TRUNKS ART introduces PLEXI (GLASS) PRINTS from PI STUDIO!

Camarillo, CA — March 21, 2011 — Chuck Trunks' Precision Abstracts is featured in PI Studio's PlexiPrint web showcase:

I'm totally stoked to be offering my work through PI Studio's 'PlexiPrint' process. Let me tell you - my number one goal is to make my work look like wet candy and PI Studio just took my work to the next level. An excerpt from their website:

"PlexiPrints get oohs and aahs from all who see them. We have mastered the ability to magically mount prints to the back of Plexiglas. This allows light to shine through from the sides and creates an overall glow for photos and art giving them a three-dimensional effect. Take your art and photography to the next level with a Pi Studio PlexiPrint."

"To My Surprise" is the latest composition from TRUNKS ART PRECISION ABSTRACTS!

“Dude, get off your ass and GO somewhere - anywhere. Sitting around here won’t help. Life doesn’t come knocking on your door!”

Hmm…or does it?

For the most part, my buddy’s less-than-delicate advice would make Dr. Phil’s studio audience nod in agreement; but sometimes, in moments that happen to all of us, the universe simply dumps an opportunity at your feet and challenges you with a, “Okay dude. You take it from here.”

“To My Surprise” is less about a jumping heel click at what I found on my door step and more about realizing that life has a natural flow – you just have to be quiet enough to recognize it and wise enough to embrace it.

"To My Surprise" is part of my "Chill Out" Series. It's available in various sizes on paper or canvas as limited edition prints (75). Licensing of this image is available as well. To see more of my work, please visit my website at www.chucktrunks.com.
